No. Booking links, intake forms and secure messages arrive by email as a simple web link. Nothing to install.
No. The voice memo is a 1 to 3 minute summary you record after a session, not during it. Nothing is captured unless you choose to record, and clients are never recorded.
No. Your notes, voice memos and client data are never used to train AI models, ours or a vendor’s. Our model providers are contractually barred from keeping your content or training on it.
You choose a plan and add a payment method. No card is needed during the trial. Your data is kept whether you upgrade or not, and you have 30 days after cancelling to export everything.
Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export everything in standard formats. We never sell or share client data. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Yes. Grovvve is built for the UK and EU GDPR. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), and each therapist’s data is isolated from every other. A Data Processing Agreement is accepted at signup and lists every sub-processor. Grovvve is not a HIPAA business associate and does not sign BAAs.
Yes. Grovvve works for solo, small and group practices. For larger groups with specific needs around shared calendars, supervisor access or team billing, email us and we will check it fits.
Yes. The Import Center brings over clients, appointments and invoices from CSV exports, plus session notes and intake forms as PDFs. SimplePractice and TherapyNotes exports are recognised automatically; any other platform works by matching CSV columns.
